To open locket - ensure you are opening with metal tab located behind the banner while simultaneously inserting your finger nail into the tab’s groove. This was designed to specifically keep all your goodies secured and safe.
To close locket - simply squeeze the top and the bottom of the locket together until you hear a click. VOILA
